For years, I worked late nights, created cocktails and chatted with strangers across bar counters. I liked the people, the pace and the stories but deep down, I always wanted something more creative. Something that was mine.

Interior Design had been quietly tugging at my attention for years. I'd scroll through mood boards, room makeovers and Pinterest pins thinking, wait... could I actually do this? I didn't have formal training or qualifications- just a persistent curiosity and a strong instinct that I could create something beautiful if I gave myself the chance.

I've started building a portfolio, beginning with my own studio flat. I've been experimenting with mood boards, learning digital layout tools and growing in confidence with each project. It's a steep learning curve, but it feels like the right path- creative, challenging and genuinely exciting. Right now I'm still working weekends at the bar while dedicating my weekdays to design. The goal? To slowly build up the skills, courage and connections to eventually go full-time in interiors. This blog will follow the whole messy, exciting journey!

Whether you're in the design world, thinking of switching paths or just here for inspiration- welcome! I'm learning as I go and I'm excited to share it with you.
